Demonstrating God's Love Through Service

NEW MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Evaluate new ministry ideas, and provide assistance in launching ministries with a stated purpose, a focus, a strategic plan and the team members needed to carry out the ministry for God’s glory.

SHAPE

S.H.A.P.E. GUIDES TEAM
Meet one-on-one with church members to help them discover their unique S.H.A.P.E. for serving God within our church. They will have completed Class 300: Discovering My Ministry and a S.H.A.P.E. profile.

MINISTRY SUPPORT AND PRAYER TEAM
Be in contact with ministry leaders to assist in evaluating and adjusting their ministry plans. And, very importantly, keep ministry leaders and their ministries in prayer.

MINISTRY AWARENESS TEAM
Keep the congregation abreast of new ministries and ministries needing members. Encourage them to use their God-given talents and gifts for his purposes, and guide them in connecting their S.H.A.P.E. to an appropriate ministry.

MISSIONS
Reaching out to foriegn lands by supporting missionaries, and sending out short-term mission projects teams.
