Maui Links Maui is a beautiful representation of God's glorious creation. Known as "The Valley Isle", Maui is the second largest of the Hawaiian Islands, approximately 48 miles (76.8km) long and 26 miles (41.6km) wide, totaling 728 square miles. The County of Maui includes the islands of Maui, Lanai, Kahoolawe, and Molokai. Our population is diverse, with many ethnic groups having originally arrived in the islands to work sugar cane and pineapple plantations from countries of the Western Pacific rim. Maui Memorial Medical Center Maui Memorial Medical Center is the only full-service, acute care hospital on the island of Maui.
